ABOUT SOFTBALL
Wilson Tigers Softball has dominated the DCIAA Conference and has won the DCIAA softball title for the last 8 years. The Softball program added a JV team last year. In addition to the DCIAA schedule, Wilson also plays a strong non-league schedule challenging themselves against the strongest opponents throughout the area. Wilson Tigers Softball has qualified for the state tournament for 9 years and advance to DCSAA Semi-Finals each of the last two years. The Tigers practice and play at Guy Mason Field.

David Thompson
Varsity Head Coach
Coach Thompson will be entering his third season as the Head Coach of Varsity Softball. Coach Thompson continues the high-powered legacy that previous Wilson Softball teams have created, coaching the Tigers to his second straight (Wilson’s 7th in a row) DCIAA Championship. Coach Thompson anticipates adding to his current record of 36-8 and building a softball program that focuses on the complete player.
