Tiger Boosters is a parent-run, all-volunteer non-profit. We support over 30 sports programs and over 40 teams, plus the athletic department. We need your help!!

TIGER BOOSTER OFFICER POSITIONS
President
- Provide strategic vision for the non-profit with the goal of optimizing efficiency and providing teams access essential services;
- Liaise with Athletics department and JR principal to ensure alignment of programming.
Vice President - Fundraising:
- Co-chair and/or oversees Tiger Booster fundraising events;
- Spearhead new initiatives to identify sponsors/sponsorship opportunities
- Work with volunteers to oversee execution of fundraising events
Vice President - Treasurer:
- Oversee Booster banking to ensure all individual team accounts are in good standing.
- Liaise with certified CPA, bookkeeper, banking institution, to ensure monthly statements in quickbooks and annual tax filings.
- Assist teams with creation of paypal account for donations to team bank account
Vice President - Communications/Social Media
- Oversee all social media and push out content on teams, students, alumni and other relevant material through Tiger Boosters IG account;
- Work with volunteers and/or teams on special communications needs and projects as requested.
Secretary
- Participate in all Booster board meetings and record Minutes.
INDIVIDUAL TEAM LIAISON POSITIONS
TEAMS NEED VOLUNTEER(S) to assist with:
Team Budget Coordinator
- In close coordination with coach, create projection for financial resources needed for the season, assist in collection of team dues as well as make payments to vendors from team bank account. Work with volunteers on fundraising for team expenses. Liaise with Booster Treasurer on bank account and debit card as needed.
Team Fundraising Coordinator:
- Plan and coordinate the three fundraising activities for the team. This includes recruiting volunteers, engaging players participation and publicizing the events. Liaise with Booster VP for Fundraising as needed.
Team Social Coordinator:
- Plan social events for the team, for players with/wthout parents, including Senior Night celebrations, end of season gatherings, in close coordination with the coach.
