This is Coach Hogan's second season as Wilson's head coach. He was previously an assistant coach under Coach Wims from 2015 through the 2017-18 season. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds a JD from The College of William & Mary. He also coaches Deal Middle School's team. He previously worked in international development and currently works in nonprofit criminal defense.

Ben Sojka

Assistant Coach

Coach Sojka has been coaching at Wilson since the 2017-18 season. He was a standout wrestler and multiple state tournament qualifier at Logan-Magnolia High School in Logan, Iowa. He went on to play wide receiver at Buena Vista University. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds a master's degree in Comparative World History from George Mason University. He also coaches Deal Middle School's team. He currently works as a finance officer at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
